This position is ONLY for candidates with previous sales, business development, outbound sales, or relevant client-acquisition experience.

If you have no previous experience in sales/business development, please do not apply.

We are looking for people who already understand how to prospect, communicate with decision-makers, handle objections, follow up, build relationships, and close deals.

This is NOT an entry-level training position. We need people who can hit the ground running.

WHAT YOU CAN EARN

$1,000 commission on standard contracts

15% commission on contracts valued at $15,000+

$3/hour talk-time bonus every month you sign at least one client

Become the Team Leader for your client's campaign and earn $5/hour managing their team

Continue signing new clients while leading existing campaigns

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Call business owners using provided leads

Understand their business challenges and needs

Present our call center solutions

Book demos and/or send proposals

Follow up consistently with prospects

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Convert qualified prospects into paying clients

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE IS THE #1 REQUIREMENT.

We want candidates with proven experience in areas such as:

Business Development

B2B Sales

Outbound Sales

Telemarketing

Lead Generation

Appointment Setting

Client Acquisition

Account Management / Closing

You should also have:

Strong communication skills

C1-level English for phone-based outreach

Confidence speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers

The ability to build rapport and hold genuine business conversations

Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills

A self-motivated, results-driven mindset

The ability to work independently in a remote environment

If your English isn't yet strong enough for phone calls, you may still qualify for social media or email outreach roles.

THIS IS COMMISSION-ONLY

There is NO base salary and NO hourly/monthly salary for the sales role.

You earn based on the clients you bring in and the results you produce.

This opportunity is best suited for experienced sales professionals who are confident in their ability to generate business and want high earning potential with a path toward paid leadership.
