The Opportunity
Are you a highly energetic, versatile, and curious individual looking for hands-on experience across the entire growth spectrum of an EdTech startup As our Growth Intern, you'll be on the front lines, performing essential roles in our outbound process, helping us connect with potential users, partners, and customers. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop skills in sales, marketing, communications, and strategy.
Core Responsibilities
This is a cross-functional role with a heavy focus on outbound activity and supporting our lead generation efforts:
- 1. Outbound Sales & Outreach Support (50%)Lead Generation: Assist in identifying, researching, and qualifying potential leads, including schools, universities, corporate partners, or individual learners.
- Outreach Execution: Draft and personalize initial sales outreach messages (emails, LinkedIn InMails) and perform follow-up communication under the guidance of the Business Development team.
- CRM Management: Accurately log and update all outreach activity and prospect interactions within our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Reporting: Track and analyze key outreach metrics (response rates, conversion rates) to provide insights on process optimization.
- 2. Social Media & Marketing Assistance (40%)Social Media Outreach: Execute targeted social media outreach campaigns (e.g., engaging with key industry influencers, joining relevant groups) to build brand awareness and generate inbound interest.
- Content Support: Assist the Marketing team by brainstorming, drafting, and scheduling engaging social media posts on platforms like LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and research trends in the EdTech space to inform content and outreach strategies.
- Marketing Collateral: Provide assistance with preparing and organizing marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.
- 3. General Operations & Administrative Support (10%)Assist the leadership team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Help maintain organizational documents, calendars, and schedules related to outbound campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort with a fast-paced, independent environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple outreach pipelines.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn proficiency is highly valued).
- Interest in EdTech and a passion for technology's role in education.
