Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outbound Telesales role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Outbound Telesales professional will contact potential and existing customers by phone to present products or services, explain value propositions, and generate qualified leads and sales. Responsibilities include managing call lists, following structured sales scripts while adapting to customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales when appropriate. The role also involves documenting call outcomes in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records, and following up on prospects within defined timelines. In addition, the telesales team member will collaborate with colleagues, participate in training and performance reviews, and consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on empathy and problem resolution.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly and professionally.
  • Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, handling objections, and closing, preferably in a telesales or call center environment.
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Training programs, and openness to ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
  • Comfort using basic computer applications and CRM or call center tools.
  • Previous experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
