Key Responsibilities:

• Create customized holiday and travel packages
• Handle client inquiries and travel consultations
• Prepare attractive quotations and detailed itineraries
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel suppliers
• Manage reservations and bookings from inquiry to confirmation
• Support clients with travel documentation and visa guidance
• Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in outbound tourism, travel consultancy, or tour operations
• Strong knowledge of popular international destinations
• Experience creating and selling holiday packages
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple bookings with high attention to detail
• Good English proficiency
  
  

Preferred Experience:

Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or other GDS systems

Hotelbeds, RateHawk, Expedia TAAP, or similar travel platforms

Honeymoon, luxury, family, and group travel packages

Visa support and travel documentation processes
