This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outdoor Direct Sales Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The role will require the successful candidate to engage with potential clients, present financial service offerings, and build lasting relationships. Their primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients, deliver consultative solutions, and provide excellent customer service. The role will include on-site tasks across the designated area, as well as opportunities for remote work as needed. Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and reporting on progress will also be key aspects of this position.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for client engagement, building relationships, and presenting solutions effectively
• Excellent Customer Service expertise, with a focus on addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience
• Sound knowledge of Finance principles relevant to investment and asset management
• Proven Sales abilities, including meeting targets and negotiating effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic
• Prior experience in financial services or sales-related roles is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
