Role Description

The Outdoor Events Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of all outdoor events booked by the Sales team for Cheeky Monkeys Playland. The role ensures seamless coordination between Sales and Operations, delivers high-quality and safe events, and achieves exceptional customer satisfaction. The incumbent must be present at outdoor events to oversee execution, maintain brand standards, ensure safety and cleanliness, and collect customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong event planning and coordination skills, including logistics and on-site management
• Experience in team leadership, staff coordination, and vendor management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for working with children and creating engaging experiences
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols required for children-centric events
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in organizing educational or recreational events is a plus
