Role Description

The role involves cultivating and maintaining client relationships, selling insurance products, advising clients on suitable insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires the proactive identification of sales opportunities and achieving individual and team sales targets within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance Sales and understanding of various insurance products and services
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
• Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage industry standards and practices
• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives and build client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
