Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time Outdoor Sales role based on-site in Shuwaikh. The Outdoor Sales professional will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote and sell the company's products, identifying new leads, and building long-term client relationships. Duties include conducting face-to-face sales meetings, delivering product demonstrations, providing high-quality customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. The role requires an outgoing, motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various clients effectively.
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and manage sales processes efficiently.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to guide clients or colleagues on product offerings.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in the construction materials or trading industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
