The Picnic Factory is looking for an Outdoor Sales Engineer to join our commercial team and develop new sales opportunities while building strong client relationships in the furniture industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct B2B and B2C sales and outdoor client visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable furniture solutions.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Read and understand technical drawings.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update the client database and sales reports.

Requirements

• Strong network of potential clients and qualified leads.
• 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in furniture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Applied Arts, or Interior Design.
• Good understanding of technical drawings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good English is a plus.
• Presentable and confident personality.
• Target-oriented and results-driven.
