Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive (High Commission | Path to Full-Time)

We are looking for ambitious, result-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team across the UAE.
This is a unique opportunity for those who believe in their ability to close deals and want to earn significantly based on their performance.
The Opportunity: 3-Month Fast Track
- Phase 1 (First 3 Months): You will work on a Freelance/Commission basis, earning a massive 50% Commission on every contract closed.
- Phase 2 (Post 3 Months): Upon hitting performance targets, you will be transitioned into a Full-Time Permanent Role with a fixed basic salary, benefits, and a revised commission structure.
Expectations & KPIs (Key Commitments):
- Weekly Reporting: Participation in a weekly progress meeting (online) to review the sales pipeline and strategy.
- Targeted Visits: Maintaining a consistent number of field visits and client meetings per week to ensure a healthy pipeline.
- CRM Daily Updates: Ensuring all client interactions and deal statuses are updated regularly in our tracking system/sheet.
Your Role:
- Identify and reach out to potential B2B/B2C clients across all UAE Emirates.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in Outdoor Sales within the UAE market.
- A Hunter mindset: You are motivated by targets and high commissions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car (Highly preferred).
- Ability to work independently across any emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.).
