Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Executives to expand our business operations across Dubai and Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Visit potential clients and promote company products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Conduct market research and provide insights on customer needs and market trends
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
- Negotiate with clients and close sales deals effectively
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification preferred (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage)
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably with GCC market experience
- Gulf-returned candidates will be given priority
- Valid GCC driving license is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
