Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our facilities management services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets through field-based sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand customer requirements
  • Present and promote company services (e.g., cleaning, security, MEP maintenance, landscaping, pest control, waste management, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 25 years of outdoor/field sales experience (Facilities Management industry preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driving license (if required for the role)
