WE ARE HIRING: Outdoor Sales Representative – Delta & Canal cities

Nile Projects & Trading Co. (NPTCO) is expanding its commercial sales team! We are seeking motivated, target-driven Field Sales Representatives for full-time field positions across the Delta and Canal cities.

Target Residence (Mandatory): Dakahlia, Damietta, Port Said, Gharbia, Monufia, or Kafr El Sheikh.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-time field sales operations and achieve monthly revenue targets across your assigned territory.
• Conduct daily field visits to dealer locations to manage relationships and introduce new product lines.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new dealer partners to expand market coverage.
• Track sales pipelines, field interactions, and dealer orders using CRM tools.
• Monitor regional competitor activity and provide market reports to sales management.

Requirements & Working Conditions

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Proven B2B field sales experience (Automotive/Tires sector preferred).
• Location: Current resident of Dakahlia, Damietta, Port Said, Gharbia, Monufia, or Kafr El Sheikh.
• Working Conditions: Full-time, 100% field-based role requiring daily travel across assigned territory and flexibility for extended hours during peak sales periods.
• Prerequisites: Valid driver's license, CRM proficiency, and fluent English/Arabic.
