Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Representative (Commission-Based) at ICT Flex, located in manama , The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and promoting ICT products and services, building strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include gathering customer feedback, preparing sales proposals, and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge to tailor solutions to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer engagement, and client relationship management
• Strong understanding of ICT products, Oracle-based solutions, and IT services
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work independently in an on-site role
• Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and creating persuasive sales proposals
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
• Experience in a commission-based sales role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
