Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving field sales for coffee machines, grinders, and related brewing equipment across cafes, restaurants, offices, and hospitality clients. This role requires daily client visits, on-site demonstrations, and consistent business development, making a valid UAE driving license mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the HORECA and corporate sectors.
- Conduct regular outdoor field visits to identify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly outdoor sales targets set by the management.
- Stay informed about product updates, competitor activities, and overall market trends.
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, coffee events, and trade shows.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for coffee machines, grinders, and related accessories.
- Conduct on-site client visits, product demonstrations, and equipment installations when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales; experience in coffee equipment or HORECA is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of coffee machines, grinders, and brewing methods (training available).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
