Role Description The Outgoing Tour Operator will manage and coordinate international travel arrangements for clients, including designing tour packages, preparing detailed itineraries, and handling bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions. The role involves daily communication with clients, travel partners, and suppliers to confirm reservations, negotiate rates, and resolve any travel-related issues. The Outgoing Tour Operator will provide accurate travel information, advise clients on destinations and visa requirements, and ensure all documents and confirmations are properly prepared. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, requiring close collaboration with internal teams to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in outgoing tourism operations, including planning and selling international tour packages and itineraries.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations professionally.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple bookings, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Proficiency in common office and travel booking tools; familiarity with reservation systems or GDS platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of popular international destinations, travel regulations, and visa requirements relevant to outgoing tourism.
• Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis and collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a travel agency or tour operator role is preferred; relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
