The Role

As Outlet Assistant Manager - All Day Dining, you will support the daily operations of our highvolume restaurant, ensuring warm hospitality and seamless service throughout the day. Your leadership helps create memorable dining moments for our guests and meaningful experiences for our colleagues, reflecting Hyatt's commitment to genuine care and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

. Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daytoday restaurant operations.
. Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver consistently high service standards.
. Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams for efficient workflow.
. Maintain strong presence on the restaurant floor to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
. Support menu planning, promotion execution, and guest experience initiatives.
. Uphold Hyatt's hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices across the outlet.
. Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure service recovery when required.
. Monitor inventory, assist with cost control, and support administrative tasks such as scheduling and colleague development.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

. Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an AllDay Dining or highvolume restaurant.
. Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is an advantage.
. Strong leadership, communication, and guestengagement skills.
. Solid understanding of service standards, restaurant workflows, and guestexperience principles.
. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment.
. Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations.
. Positive attitude, a passion for hospitality, and a genuine commitment to colleague and guest care.
