We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of BEAMS Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the General Manager, you will translate business direction into safe, consistent and commercially effective operations while maintaining The BEAMS Abu Dhabi Way.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily opening, closing, staffing, briefings and Manager on Duty coverage.
• Drive sales, customer experience and controllable-cost targets across Retail and F&B.
• Coach and develop Assistant Managers and frontline teams.
• Oversee Secret Chamber operations, safety and visitor experience.
• Monitor stock, food cost, waste, labour deployment and operating performance.
• Support recruitment and people-related decisions.
• Lead incident, emergency, security and business-continuity response.
• Provide F&B management cover when required.
• Identify and escalate commercial, safety, compliance and reputational risks.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in premium retail, hospitality or lifestyle operations.
• 3+ years in store, outlet or multi-department leadership.
• Strong experience across Retail and F&B operations.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Food Safety / HACCP certification required.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Japanese is an advantage.
• Strong commercial, people-management and operational leadership skills.
• Excellent multicultural communication and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work a shift-based schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
