The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Outlet Manager (Italian Speaker) to lead our signature Italian Restaurant within a luxury hotel environment. This key leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance while delivering an authentic Italian dining experience aligned with Hyatt standards.

Qualifications
Who You Are
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, with at least 3-5 years in a restaurant leadership role such as Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant F&B Manager.
- Proven experience managing authentic Italian restaurants within luxury hotels, upscale standalone restaurants, or high-volume hospitality operations.
- Fluent Italian speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine, culture, service standards, and guest expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach, motivate, develop, and retain high-performing multicultural teams.
- Proven expertise in guest experience management, service excellence, and effective service recovery.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability management, and cost control.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage programs, inventory management, purchasing, and stock control procedures.
- Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
- Highly organized with strong planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and maintaining luxury service standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to drive business performance, maximize guest satisfaction, and achieve departmental goals through effective leadership and strategic planning.
