Outpatient Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for outpatient services, including billing and patient accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies in financial documentation.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to verify and confirm billing accuracy and Timeliness:
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for outpatient services in accordance with established guidelines and policies.
• Work closely with the approval department to secure necessary approvals from insurance companies for outpatient services.
• Monitor and analyze financial data related to outpatient invoices.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with various departments, including revenue cycle management and audit teams, to ensure effective financial operations.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to management and stakeholders regularly.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to financial operations and outpatient services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 1 - 3 years same role.
• Hospitals & Healthcare background is a plus.
