Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outpatient (OP) & Inpatient (IP) Biller based in Dubai. The OP & IP Biller will be responsible for accurate billing and coding of medical claims for outpatient and inpatient services. Key responsibilities will include reviewing patient records, verifying insurance details, preparing invoices, ensuring compliance with billing regulations, and following up on claim approvals or denials. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in medical billing and coding for both outpatient and inpatient services
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines and claim submission processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze patient records
• Proficiency in billing software, healthcare IT systems, and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare practitioners and payers
• Knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field is desirable
