Title : Outsourced Workshop Coordinator

Location : UAE

Duration: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan/schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; manage job cards and repair prioritization

• Support fleet/MHE performance monitoring and breakdown recovery coordination

• Manage spare parts sourcing, vendor relationships, inventory, and purchase requisitions

• Maintain compliance documentation (RTA registrations, insurance, permits), process invoices, monthly accruals, petty cash, and traffic fines

• Act as liaison between drivers, mechanics, and logistics team

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in workshop coordination, fleet, or transport operations (FMCG/logistics preferred)

• Hands-on experience with workshop documentation and fleet management systems (ERP/FMS)

• Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of UAE traffic/RTA regulations
