Qualifications, Experience & Skills

 3–5 years of experience in workshop coordination, fleet, or transport operations (preferably FMCG or logistics).

 Strong knowledge of fleet and MHE maintenance operations.

 Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.

 Proficiency in MS Office and Fleet/Workshop Management Systems (ERP/FMS).

 Good understanding of UAE traffic and RTA regulations.

 Safety-conscious with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

 Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills under pressure.

 Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple activities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
