Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
OutSystems Tech Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership skills, ensuring best practices in architecture, performance, and security while mentoring a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performing OutSystems applications.
- Define and enforce architecture standards and factory governance practices.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using OutSystems LifeTime and DevOps tools.
- Integrate SSO with enterprise identity providers and manage secure API integrations.
- Establish and maintain performance and security best practices across all environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Review code, conduct performance assessments, and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Guide, mentor, and support developers in solution design and problem-solving.
- Participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, and release management activities.
- Stay current with platform updates, new capabilities, and emerging OutSystems trends.
Qualifications
- 710+ years of total IT experience, including 4+ years of hands-on OutSystems 11/ODC development.
- Proven experience in architecture design, factory governance, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes using LifeTime or other DevOps tools.
- Experience integrating SSO, enterprise IdPs, and API management frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
