Job Description
As the Owner Relations Manager at AX CAPITAL, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing property owners. You aim to engage, retain, and develop loyalty to the AX CAPITAL brand while exploring new opportunities to grow our business and support owners&apos goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned existing property owners.
- Enhance owner loyalty by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high level of engagement.
- Solve potential issues quickly and effectively to ensure a smooth experience for owners.
- Identify and create opportunities for other AX CAPITAL businesses, driving cross-business growth.
- Generate interest in additional property purchases and assist owners in closing deals.
- Encourage and gather referrals from owners to expand the client base.
Requirements
- Education: Higher education (University degree).
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate, wealth management, or banking, ideally in sales and customer relations roles.
- Languages:
- Good level of English (required).
- At least one of the following languages: Arabic, Russian, Italian
- Personal Traits:
- People-oriented and empathetic.
