This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the position of Owner at MBL - Modern Building Leaders. The Owner will oversee strategic decision-making for project acquisitions, resource allocation, and client engagement. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project execution aligns with quality standards and timelines, and driving company growth through innovative strategies and partnerships. The Owner will also manage financial planning, compliance with regulations, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders in the public and private sectors.

• Leadership and Management skills, including team leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and Budgeting for large-scale infrastructure and commercial construction projects
• Experience in Client Relationship Management and stakeholder communication
• Engineering or Construction expertise, with an understanding of technical design and on-site operations
• Business Development and Financial acumen to drive company growth and manage resources effectively
• Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business environment and regional regulations is preferred
