GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Personal Assistant will provide direct secretarial and organizational support to the General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, business lunches, store visits, and preparing presentations
- Executing and administering travel arrangements such as hotel and flight bookings, visas, foreign exchange as per company's travel policy and guidelines
- Arrangement of Sales Permission letters
- Ensuring file of all Credit card bookings handed over to accounts by the end of each month
- Coordinate internal and external legal meetings as deem necessary by the GM and follow up on action items
- Overseeing the leasing process for commercial properties
- Perform other related duties as required from time to time
- Support the General Manager across various functions including legal, operations, commercial activities, leasing, business development, and other relevant areas
- Engage in first stage negotiations with various vendors/partners/landlords as directed by the General Manager
- Handle ad hoc duties as directed by the General Manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Expected Years of Experience
- 5 years of overall experience with minimum of 2 years of local experience working with a Senior Manager.

REQUIRED BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- An independent person who can work with minimum supervision
- High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Flexible and able to work in a busy environment
