Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
▪ We are looking for experienced SAP CPI Integration Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience who will be responsible for the development and enhancement of integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
▪ Should design, develop, and manage integrations on SAP's Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) suite with external systems and services.
▪ The role focuses on development, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across business applications.
▪ Manage the entire integration lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment, and maintenance.
▪ Configure, and support integration solutions using SAP CPI, PI/PO to connect SAP and non-SAP systems.
▪ Provide day-to-day solution for integration scenarios.
▪ Monitor integration flows to ensure system availability, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance.
▪ Conduct root cause analysis for recurring integration issues and implement permanent solutions.
▪ Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders.
▪ Participate in Change Management processes, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment of integration changes.
▪ Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
▪ Support data mapping, message transformations, and error handling within integration scenarios.
▪ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
▪ Advanced in English (Speaking, Written).
▪ Flexibility to work in different time zones.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
▪ SAP certifications for mentioned role.
▪ Hands on SAP PI/PO integration experience.
▪ Java mapping, XSLT and graphical mapping.
