Job Summary
The SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for the configuration, design, implementation, and support of the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business process analysis, system configuration, and end-user training and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
- Design, configure, test, and implement SAP FI/CO solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA, etc.).
- Perform gap analysis and create functional specifications for custom developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, HCM).
- Support period-end closing activities and troubleshoot financial issues.
- Work closely with end-users and provide training and documentation.
- Assist with SAP upgrades, migrations, and new implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
- Participate in internal and external audits by providing required data and reports.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
- Strong knowledge of business processes in finance and controlling.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with integration points with MM, SD, and HR modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
