Your Role And Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants and business analysts in collecting and documenting business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, and materials planning.
- Support in preparing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF objects).
- Participate in workshops with business users to understand operational needs.
- Perform basic configuration activities in SAP MM (Material Management) modules under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Prepare and execute unit testing and integration testing scenarios for MM processes.
- Record test results, identify defects, and assist in troubleshooting issues.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that business requirements are met.
- Provide first-level support for SAP MM users, including issue resolution and ticket handling.
