Your Role And Responsibilities
- Configure SAP ECP payroll according to country legislation
- Build and test PCRs, schemas, wage types, and payroll rules
- Support data migration, integration testing, and UAT
- Assist in payroll control activities and defect resolution
- Support parallel payroll runs and go-live activities
- Strong expertise in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC)

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors ECP experience
- At least 5 end-to-end ECP or SAP HCM Payroll implementations projects
- Knowledge of integration with SAP FI/CO and experience in payroll posting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
