Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Packaging Engineer based in East Oweinat, Egypt. Lead and develop the PCK team, including supervisors, operators, and casual labor, to drive high performance in Safety, Delivery, Cost, Quality, and Morale (PDCQSM). Execute and promote strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Packaging department. Lead problem-solving and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the packaging area. Collaborate effectively with other business functions to support and contribute to cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• Engineering background (Mechanical or production) is a must
• Min. 4:5 Years in Packaging department experience
• Strong team leader / Leadership
• Food industry is a must
• Use lean tools is a plus (DAMAIC, problem solving techniques)
• Performance measure tool (OEE )
• Potato production experience is preferable
