Padel Coach

We are looking for an enthusiastic coach to join our growing team. Our academy is built around a premium, family-oriented environment where coaching goes beyond the court.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with players of all ages and wants to contribute ideas that help the academy grow.

What We're Looking For

Ø Minimum 3 years of padel coaching experience

Ø Currently living in the UAE

Ø Previous coaching experience in the UAE with references is a plus

Ø Experienced in coaching both children and adults

Ø Excellent with children and able to create an engaging learning environment

Ø A great fit for a family-oriented academy

Ø Energetic, professional and approachable

Ø A coach with vision who wants to contribute to the growth of the academy

Ø Willing to follow the academy's coaching structure while incorporating their own teaching style and techniques

Responsibilities

Ø Coach children's and adults academy sessions

Ø Lead Match Making and Americano sessions, including playing when required

Ø Lead events and tournaments by welcoming players, supervising, updating scores, coordinating match flow and prize presentations

Ø Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all members

Employment

Ø 30 hours per week

Ø Fixed monthly salary

Ø Additional hours beyond 30 hours per week are paid at an hourly rate

Ø Performance and contract review after the first 6 months, with the opportunity to revise the role and compensation based on performance and the academy's growth
