Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Paid Media Executive to join our growing team. With a high volume of campaigns and ads to manage, we are looking for an individual with 1-2 years of experience in paid media marketing to support our digital marketing efforts across multiple event portfolios.

Reporting directly to our Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media Lead, this position offers significant opportunities for growth and development within a fast-paced and rapidly expanding business.

What you will do:

  • Campaign Management: Execute and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation. Monitor key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates (CVR).
  • Audience Building: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • A/B Testing: Implement and analyse A/B tests to improve ad performance and messaging.
  • Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy with guidance provided, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the digital marketing managers, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute ideas for improving paid media performance, including innovative approaches to targeting, messaging, and platform utilisation.

Deliverables and Strategic Priorities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Tahaluf's business, previous paid media campaigns, and results.
  • Drive measurable improvements in paid media performance, contributing to the continued growth of registration numbers.
  • Support the digital marketing managers in each portfolio with campaign execution and data analysis.
  • Be prepared to join and contribute to a high-performing team that is applying industry best practices and making positive wholesale changes.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is essential.
  • Education: A degree in marketing, business (with a major in marketing), or a related field is preferred
  • Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid media marketing. Experience with events is not mandatory.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative: Beyond task execution, the ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of their work.
