About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to work closely with our Performance Marketing Manager in executing, optimizing, and scaling our digital advertising efforts.
This is a collaborative role, ideal for someone who is strong in execution but also confident sharing insights and recommendations. You'll help bring strategies to life, monitor performance daily, and ensure our accounts are continuously improving.
What You'll Do- Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
- Support campaign management on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) when needed.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to implement strategy based on data analysis and insights.
- Monitor account performance daily — budgets, bids, search terms, and overall efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively suggest optimizations and tests.
- Assist in A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Help maintain and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds.
- Support tracking setup and troubleshooting via GTM and GA4.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with promotions, product launches, and seasonal trends.
- Help maintain account structure, naming conventions, and overall organization across multiple accounts.
What You Bring- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (eCommerce preferred).
- Strong understanding of:
- Search & Shopping campaigns
- Performance Max
- Bidding strategies and budget allocation
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Experience working with product feeds and Merchant Center.
- Familiarity with GA4 and GTM basics.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills across multiple accounts.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
