The Role
We're hiring a Paid Performance Lead to own the full digital paid acquisition strategy across our entire portfolio. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role — you'll be the engine behind paid growth for multiple brands simultaneously, reporting directly into portfolio leadership.
You won't be managing an agency. You'll be the expert in the room: building strategy, running campaigns hands-on, optimising toward revenue, and using AI tools to do the work of a much larger team.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end paid strategy across Google, Meta, and emerging channels for all Terra portfolio brands
- Campaign architecture, audience targeting, creative briefing, and continuous optimisation
- Full-funnel thinking — from first click through to CRM, WhatsApp retargeting, and retention handoffs
- AI-powered workflows for creative testing, copy generation, reporting, and competitive research
- Performance dashboards and attribution frameworks that give leadership clear visibility into what's working
- Vendor and agency relationships for production (creative, video) — you set the brief, they execute
- Compliance with UAE healthcare advertising regulations (MOHAP, DHA) across all health and wellness brands
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience — Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, not just oversight
- UAE or GCC market experience is strongly preferred; you understand the nuances of advertising here
- Background in health, wellness, aesthetics, or premium lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
- AI-native: you actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Motion, Foreplay, Madgicx, or Optmyzr in your daily workflow — and you can show us how
- Multi-brand or agency experience; you're comfortable context-switching between a clinical longevity practice and a luxury fitness brand
- Analytical: you know what a blended CAC is, you can build an attribution argument, and you make decisions from data
- Excellent communicator — you can brief creatives, challenge agencies, and present strategy to senior stakeholders
