Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paint Tinting Machine Specialist located in Shuwaikh. The Specialist will be responsible for operating and maintaining paint tinting machines, preparing precise paint mixtures as per customer requests, and ensuring quality standards are met. Additional duties include assisting customers with their product inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills, and collaborating with the sales team to promote suitable products and services. The role also requires keeping an organized and clean workspace and providing technical guidance to customers on paint applications and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in paint tinting and related technical skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent customer service capabilities
• Ability to provide accurate and effective phone support with professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in the construction materials or paint industry is a plus
