Painting / Coating / Insulation / Fireproofing QC Inspectors

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QC Inspector for Painting, Coating, Insulation, and Fireproofing activities to ensure full compliance with Aramco standards, project specifications, and international quality codes. The role involves inspection, verification, and documentation of surface protection works across oil & gas projects, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.

Salary: SAR 8000 - 11000

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect painting, coating, insulation, and fireproofing activities as per Aramco standards and project specifications.
• Verify surface preparation, material application, DFT, adhesion, curing, and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with approved ITPs, QCPs, MSDS, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections, witness tests, and approve work stages.
• Review and maintain inspection records, reports, and QC documentation.
• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality non-conformances.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.
• Support audits, client inspections, and Aramco CBT requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in oil & gas or industrial projects.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering discipline.
• Aramco Approval / CBT Qualification (SAP Number) – Mandatory.
• Valid certifications: NACE Level II / SSPC Level II / BGAS Level I (minimum).
• Strong knowledge of Aramco standards, international codes, and specifications.
• ISO 9001:2015 awareness or certification (preferred).
