- Strong technical knowledge of paper cup production processes and machine operation.
- Ability to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machines.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma
- Technical Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
