Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, drive and support at sales activities in Latin American countries and any assigned markets.
  • Management of assigned markets annual revenue and profitability
  • Meet sales objectives and targets
  • Increase market share and sales growth, sales forecasting
  • Identifying and qualifying of new customer
  • Develop business plan and critical strategies.
  • Develop, manages and maintains customer base/accounts.
  • Management of business activities in assigned markets, setting goals, development and delivery of strategic objectives, and optimizing regional business opportunities to achieve sales targets, growth and market share
  • Develop a customer and product mix dynamically and sustainably to maximize returns to the Company over the medium and long term
  • Develop and communicate value proposition for each targeted segment
  • Develop plans to keep trade and channel partners motivated, and enhance overall customer relationships and satisfaction levels
  • Monitor and control selling General & Administration costs and take responsibility for pricing decisions
  • Take ownership of and manage the Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as detailed in the Business Unit's Balanced Score Card, and measurements thereof
  • Develop market and business intelligence (market trends, inventory levels, competitive pricing); formulate & implement strategies, programs and plans
  • Take the lead in preparing presentations to clients, channel partners and alliances
  • Support the Sales Head in global sales management (volume allocation, pricing, market intelligence gathering, etc.)
  • Handling complaints, follow up with customers on payments and shipments.
  • Need to deal with T2 to understanding for the market intelligence.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years of experience managing global accounts sales.
  • Experience in Printing and Writing Paper industries is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English and local languages for both spoken and written. Mandarin is a plus point.
  • Proven track record in Distributor Management
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customer, team members and stakeholders
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
