Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in a unique rotational capacity. This position offers the opportunity to gain exposure and build experience across multiple areas of law. The successful candidate will work closely with lawyers in different teams, supporting a variety of matters and developing a broad understanding of our legal services.

The Role

As a Paralegal at Clyde & Co, your responsibilities will include assisting with case preparation, drafting correspondence, reviewing documentation, conducting legal research, and liaising with clients, counsel, and experts.

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to review, analyse and summarise large volumes of legal and factual material with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong legal research skills, including use of online databases and case law resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and well-structured correspondence and reports.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Sound judgment and commercial awareness in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
