Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DCAS Licensed Paramedic to join our emergency medical services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pre-hospital emergency medical care, stabilizing patients, and ensuring safe transportation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency and non-emergency medical calls
  • Assess patients conditions and provide appropriate pre-hospital emergency care
  • Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) interventions as permitted by the DCAS scope of practice
  • Administer medications and medical treatments in accordance with DCAS protocols
  • Safely transport patients to designated healthcare facilities while continuously monitoring their condition
  • Operate and maintain ambulances and emergency medical equipment
  • Accurately complete patient care reports and other required documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, hospitals, and other emergency response agencies
  • Ensure compliance with DCAS regulations, company policies, and infection prevention and control standards
  • Participate in emergency drills, training sessions, and continuing professional development activities
  • Maintain readiness of emergency vehicles, equipment, and medical supplies
Requirements
  • Valid DCAS Paramedic License (mandatory)
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent recognized provider
  • PALS certification is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paramedic, preferably in emergency medical services or pre-hospital care
  • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure
  • Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial sites, oil & gas, events, or remote medical services
  • ATLS, ITLS, or PHTLS certification is an advantage
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
