Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Dutch Home Language Teacher, for someone who is already based in Doha, Qatar. The role involves providing high-quality instruction in Dutch as a first language to students, developing comprehensive lesson plans, and fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. The teacher will promote the understanding of Dutch literature and culture while collaborating with other staff to maintain the school's academic and cultural standards.

Qualifications

  • Some expertise in Language Teaching and Teaching, with a focus on Dutch as a home language.
  • Some Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing engaging educational materials.
  • Some background in Education and a comprehensive understanding of teaching methodologies.
  • Some knowledge or experience in Dutch Literature to enhance cultural awareness and curriculum depth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Relevant teaching certifications and a degree in Education, Language Studies, or a related field are preferred.
