Greet and welcome the customers in a friendly manner
- Learn customer needs and assist in selecting the products.
- Knowledge in shopify
- Cross-sell and Up-sell other products.
- Keep the clients up to date with the latest products and promotions.
- Answer calls and handle customer inquiries.
- Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Facilitate sales process from quotations to invoicing.
- Achieve allocated sales targets.
- Process online orders and communicate with drivers for delivery.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking products.
- Maintaining the shop's Cleanliness and hygiene.
- Keep management up to date with customer inquiries, suggestions or any
incidents.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in clothing retail.
- Speaks Arabic and English.
- Article 18 Transferable visa.
- Computer retail system knowledge.
PART TIME - 4 HOURS PER DAY
