What We Are Looking For
• Native fluency in Spanish
• Proven experience teaching Spanish to young children (early years and primary)

Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate Spanish lessons for small groups and classes
• Plan and implement structured lessons aligned with curriculum goals and learning milestones
• Foster a love for the Spanish language through interactive, culturally rich instruction
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to academic leadership when required
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and the wider academic team
• Participate in school events, cultural celebrations, and language showcases
• Maintain the premium standards associated with the Masterminds brand
Qualifications
• Degree in Education, Languages, or a related field (preferred)
• Teaching certification or relevant language teaching qualification is an advantage
• Experience working with early years and/or primary-aged children
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Passion for language education and early childhood development
