Partner Development Manager
About The Role
As the Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing and scaling channel partnerships for Intella, focusing on creating sustainable growth through alliances with system integrators, distributors and resellers. You will enable partners to deliver intella solutions at scale with the aim of generating qualified enterprise leads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with existing regional channel partners, including day-to-day relationship management and establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Build new partnerships across the MENA region in alignment with Intella's go-to-market strategy
- Enable and train relevant partner stakeholders to be able to demo and generate business leads for intella's solutions
- Plan and execute joint go-to-market and customer acquisition activities with the partners
- Participate in the partner planning process focusing on mutual performance goals, revenue targets, and main milestones governing the success and profitability of the partnership
- Act as a liaison between intella's enterprise sales team and channel partners, introducing qualified leads and ensuring robust communication between the partner and intella sales team throughout the sales process.
- Build partner commercial constructs and ensure partner compliance with established agreements
Requirements:
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Previous experience in similar roles driving B2B channel sales for technology solutions
- 5 to 7 years of experience
