Dubai | Flexible Working | Salary DOE + Uncapped Significant Bonus & Commission

A new Dubai operation of a UK law firm is looking for entrepreneurial Partners to help build its presence from the ground up. The successful Partner will have the opportunity to develop their own practice, bring in their own clients, help shape the direction of the office and build a team around their area of expertise.

The firm is particularly interested in Partners with a portable following across Digital Assets and Crypto Regulation, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Compliance, Insolvency Litigation and Arbitration, although other major practice areas will be considered where they complement the wider offering.

The Role

• Develop your own practice and client base from the new Dubai office.
• Help establish and shape the firm's Dubai operation and its future direction.
• Build a team around your practice as the business grows.
• Develop complementary areas of work and create opportunities for cross-referrals between practices.
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to growing the business, with the freedom to develop your own desk and client base.

The Ideal Candidate

• England & Wales qualified lawyer at a senior level.
• A portable book of business and established client relationships.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in building a practice from the ground up.
• Strong experience in one of the firm's target areas, including Digital Assets, Crypto Regulation, Commercial Litigation, Corporate Compliance, Insolvency Litigation or Arbitration.
• Someone who wants the opportunity to influence the direction of a new operation and build a team over time.

Partners will be salaried with two bonus structures available. Alongside a discretionary bonus, there is an uncapped commission structure based on revenue generated, including referrals to other partners/teams. Commission applies to work introduced by the Partner, including work that is subsequently handled by other members of the team. There is no minimum book requirement, with the focus instead being on the potential to build a meaningful practice and team.
