Partner Manager - El Gouna

The Partner Manager will be representing El Gouna Plus, meeting clients and platform partners, leading mega deals. This position requires a multidisciplinary architect who can maneuver between technical office life and the creative community. Standard products monitoring.

A Partner Manager/ Product Developer works closely with each company's executives, facilitating communication and determining how to meet the best interests of each partnered organization. Also communication and work with internal departments is key. A background of Architecture, interior design and FF&E is a must.

Plans and implements sales to specific, existing major accounts, suppliers, designers & owners. While growing relationships, identifying opportunities, and partnership management skills are critical. Requires full knowledge of the product line and its applications, along with a strong understanding of the client's objectives and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Account Management

Deliver specialized support and service for new and existing El Gouna Plus platform accounts in line with organizational policies and procedures. Respond to complex customer enquiries while helping senior colleagues manage and maintain customer relationships.

• Customer Relationship Management / Account Management

Develop and implement a relationship management plan for existing customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues. Collect feedback from identified customers or customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input.

• Special Projects

Lead the design and implementation process of internal special design projects for different departments. This part includes handling budgets, approvals and design processes with platform designers.

• Develop Standard Product

In charge of developing all standard products that are related to the new real estate releases. Also develop new products related to older neighborhoods.

• El Gouna Plus supporting Arm

Handel all related extra tasks for El Gouna Plus like presentations, events, digitalization and marketing communication. This is a key role to support in keeping El Gouna Plus a department that is always visible and productive.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 10 years in Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Strong presentation skills (InDesign is a MUST)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of architecture and interior design drawings
• Background knowledge of construction and art
