Role Overview

We call our riders our Partners, and as a Business Associate (BA), you'll own their experience and utilization. You'll drive performance, retention, and operational excellence for our 2-Wheeler business in the UAE. This is a high-ownership role focused on rider operations, platform experience, and business growth, ideal for someone who pairs strong analytical ability with sharp business acumen and operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management

• Proactively engage partners through regular calls and follow-ups to improve online availability
• Drive partner login hours, productivity, and overall performance
• Monitor individual and fleet-level performance, identifying gaps and opportunities and resolving them

2W Operations

• Monitor and improve Fulfilment Rate (FF%), Service Level Adherence (SLA), and ETA vs. ATA accuracy
• Conduct regular surveys (Partner & Vendor) to surface insights and improvement areas
• Identify top ticketing issues and collaborate with central teams to drive resolution
• Resolve cases and recommend improvements to existing SLAs
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and service delivery
• Ensure adherence to city-level operational policies and regulatory guidelines

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in fleet ops, operations, or vendor management (aggregator background preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
