Job Title: SAP Partner – SAP deployments & CFO Advisory
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (regional travel required)
We are seeking an experienced SAP Partner or Director-level leader to join a leading SAP Partner in the MENA region. The required candidate will have a SAP Finance background and be able to lead CFO advisory.
This is a senior practice management opportunity with a strong emphasis on sales-focused leadership.
As SAP Partner / Director, you will:
- Lead and grow the SAP Finance & CFO Advisory practice
- Own and deliver against annual revenue targets of $5m +
- Drive business development and sales strategy across the region
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing consulting teams
- Take P&L responsibility
- Lead client engagements at C-suite level, particularly CFO stakeholders
- Run executive demos and solution presentations
- Strengthen strategic client relationships and expand key accounts
- Ensure successful delivery of complex SAP Finance programme
Key experience required:
- Partner or Director-level experience within SAP consulting
- Strong background in SAP Finance (S/4HANA Finance preferred)
- Proven experience in CFO advisory and finance transformation
- Demonstrated track record of achievingminimum of $5m in sales targets
- Proven experience leading Business Development activities
- Experience building and managing consulting teams
- Practice management and commercial leadership expertise
- Strong regional experience within the Middle East
